Our repair service operates efficiently to ensure your devices receive prompt attention. Upon tracking your device's arrival, be assured it's in our possession for evaluation. Please note, the day of receipt is for sorting and queueing; once diagnosed, we'll contact you for repair authorization.
Repairs typically take 2-3 working days; complex issues may extend to 5-7 days or longer. To avoid additional fees, ensure the quoted issue matches the diagnosed problem. For multiple or unforeseen issues, expect extra charges.
All repairs include warranties: 90 days on parts, 30 days for logic boards. We respond to emails and orders on weekdays, and postage labels are provided promptly. Accidental orders incur a 10% processing and admin fee deduction.
Devices sent without completing payment will be held; failure to clear within 30 days will result in the device becoming our property to cover associated costs.

Once you've shipped your device and obtained the tracking code, use it to track the device's status. If the tracking indicates it's "with us," it means we have received your device. You can rely on this information as confirmation of its arrival to us.
In case of accidental repair orders or refund requests before sending your device, a 10% deduction from the total amount will occur. This deduction covers payment processing and administrative fees. Please ensure to verify your order thoroughly before completion to avoid this deduction.
If a device is sent for repair throught ticket system MaIL-in Reoair without completing an order, we will retain the device until the payment is settled. Failure to clear the payment within 30 days from the invoice date will result in the device becoming our property. This action is necessary to cover the expenses incurred for diagnostics, parts, and associated costs. Please ensure the order is completed before sending your device for repair to avoid this situation.

Our repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts we've replaced. However, for logic board repairs, the warranty period is 30 days.
We operate Monday to Friday. Therefore, all emails or orders will be responded to on the following working day.
